Insights on the interview process
The interview predominantly focused on technical aspects. Hailing from the Sustainable Energy Engineering department, I found myself fielding questions centered around solar related projects highlighted in my resume. The panel delved deep into these projects, scrutinizing their intricacies. Subsequently, I encountered inquiries regarding fundamental concepts in solar technology. Following the technical segment, the HR representative posed several basic HR-related questions, bridging the gap between technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
